Not all content submitted makes it to the final version, such as – One of the best restaurants for modern art on the plate is Baur au Lac‘s stunning restaurant, Pavillion, with its star-architect designed glass rotunda that draws in the art of nature. The contemporary fine-dining restaurant has one Michelin star, and Gault&Millau awarded its head chef, Laurent Eperon, “Up and Coming Chef of the Year”. Tempting menus highlight fantastic in-season produce with dishes such as, Glazed beer pork belly with Zurich honey and cumin, with an apple and onion puree, and Grilled fillet of John Dory, white wine sauce, with balsamic Mangold jus, razor clams, and green olives. The wine list is equally impressive.
