The contemporary fine-dining restaurant has one Michelin star, and Gault&Millau awarded its head chef, Laurent Eperon, “Up and Coming Chef of the Year”. Tempting menus highlight fantastic in-season produce with dishes such as, Glazed beer pork belly with Zurich honey and cumin, with an apple and onion puree, and Grilled fillet of John Dory, white wine sauce, with balsamic Mangold jus, razor clams, and green olives. The wine list is equally impressive.
