When I was asked to write a piece on business dining in Mumbai and Delhi I realised that like Hong Kong, some of the best spots are in hotels – makes sense when you think about it – produce is going to be quality, service is going to be good and the ambience suitable for the occasion.

The biggest challenge was I could only include three in each city. Obviously the food had to be top notch, but I wanted to provide cuisine variety, not everyone is a fan of spicy food, which is why unexpected options such as Japanese and Thai are included.
The article Mumbai magic, Delhi delights was published in award-winning Australian magazine, In the Black.
Below is a slide show of images that did not make it to the final article (in order Varq 4 images, Wasabi 2, Koh 2, Bukhara 1, and Dum Pukht 1).
In my view, if all bloggers made as good a content as you did, the internet would be
a lot more useful.| could not refrain from commenting. It is well written! Thanks.
And overall this is an excellent blog. I’ll definitely be back.
